We’re nearing the end of the month (which I can’t believe!), and I always love sharing with you all some of my favorite products or resources I’ve come across this month. Today, I wanted to drop a brief post and share the new cookbook from fellow food blogger and veggie lover Angela from Oh She Glows! I’ve been a fan of Angela’s since first getting into the blogging community as well as vegetarian lifestyles. If you’re not familiar with Angela, she’s the brains and creative cook behind vegan food blog Oh She Glows where she shares all things delicious recipes.
First of all, the visual layout of the book is really great- I love when you open a cookbook and the food visuals almost sweep you off your feet towards the kitchen to make everything… in this case I saw Quick & Easy Chana Masala and made that! It’s incredibly delicious and just as the title says, quick and easy. I think this cookbook is fantastic for new and seasoned plant-based lifestyle eaters, she has a blend comfort food classics as well as new ways to use vegetarian proteins such as tofu, tempeh, and beans!
